Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 1 June 2026

therfethy is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We want everyone who is interested in our coaching and training to be able to find the information they need with ease.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, cognitive and motor impairments.

How we make our site accessible

We have built our website with accessibility in mind. Measures we take include:

  • Using clear, readable text with sufficient colour contrast;
  • Providing descriptive labels for buttons, links and form fields;
  • Ensuring the site can be navigated using a keyboard alone;
  • Marking up content with appropriate headings and landmarks;
  • Including alternative descriptions for meaningful images and illustrations;
  • Respecting reduced-motion preferences for those sensitive to animation;
  • Designing a layout that adapts to mobile, tablet and desktop screens.

Adjusting your experience

Most modern browsers and devices include tools that can help you use our site more comfortably. You can usually:

  • Increase or decrease text size using your browser zoom;
  • Enable a screen reader built into your operating system;
  • Turn on high-contrast or dark mode at the system level;
  • Reduce on-screen motion through your device's accessibility settings.

The website AbilityNet offers helpful guidance on adapting your device to your needs.

Known limitations

We are continually working to improve accessibility. Some content, such as our embedded map, is provided by third parties and may not fully meet the same standards. Where this is the case, we provide the same information in text form elsewhere on the page.

Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback. If you experience any difficulty using our website, or need information in a different format, please let us know and we will do our best to help.

Contact us at info@therfethy.com or call +44 161 884 0270 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00). We aim to respond within one working day.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment rather than a one-off task. We review our website regularly and take your feedback into account as we make improvements. This statement will be updated as our site evolves.
