1. About these terms
These terms are between you and therfethy, of Suite 4, Pinnacle Business Centre, 22 King Street, Manchester M2 6AG. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to your use of our services. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
2. Our services
therfethy provides business and management training and career coaching, including career strategy, leadership development, professional skills and career transition support. Our services are educational and developmental in nature. Coaching is delivered online and is designed to help you build skills, clarity and confidence.
3. No guarantee of results
Our programmes are designed to support your professional development. However, we do not promise, warrant or guarantee any specific outcome, including securing a job, promotion, salary increase or business result. Any examples, testimonials or case studies shared on our website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve similar results.
Your progress depends on many factors, including your own effort, circumstances and the wider job market. Outcomes vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use our paid services. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to make any payment submitted.
5. Fees and payment
The fees for each plan are shown on our website and may be billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are offered at a discount as displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the start of each billing period using the payment method you provide.
6. 7-day satisfaction guarantee
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on new enrolments. If you are not satisfied with your programme within 7 days of your first payment, you may contact us to request a refund of that payment, subject to the conditions set out at the point of purchase. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly plan at any time before your next billing date, and access will continue until the end of the current period. For annual plans, cancellation stops automatic renewal at the end of the current term. To cancel, please contact us at info@therfethy.com.
8. Acceptable use
When using our website and services, you agree not to misuse them, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, infringing the rights of others, or sharing learning materials outside the terms of your plan. We reserve the right to suspend access where these terms are breached.
9. Intellectual property
All content, course materials, branding and resources provided by therfethy are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own development during your programme. You may not reproduce, resell or distribute them without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, therfethy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our services are provided on a reasonable-skill-and-care basis.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
